Greenwood Park Cricket Club (GPCC) is a small cricket club based in St Albans.

GPCC has a full fixture list throughout the cricket season (late April to late September), playing weekend league (Herts Cricket League) and friendly matches as well as Midweek matches. In the winter, the club also runs indoor nets and offers the rare opportunity to play indoor competitive cricket.

Saturday XI (League):
The club competes in Division 9 of the Saracens Herts Cricket League on most Saturdays throughout the season.

Sunday XI (Friendly):
The Club runs a Sunday XI that plays home and away fixtures throughout the season (late April to late September). All Sunday games are non-league friendlies.

Midweek Cricket:
The Club also competes in selected midweek tournaments and knock-out trophies. These games tend to be 20 over matches, with some matches of 14 eight ball overs also played.

Indoor Cricket:
During the closed season club members are able to take part in an indoor cricket league held at Watford Leisure Centre, Garston. In this 8-a-side format, everyone bowls two overs, and pairs of batsmen face 4 overs each.

Winter Nets:
To keep 'in-form' over the winter, club members are able to attend indoor net practice sessions at a local venue. Nets start in January.

Venue Details:
Greenwood Park is maintained by St Stephen's Parish Council. Cricket facilities at the ground are shared with St Albans West Indians. Facilities available include home and away changing (with showers) gents and ladies toilets, tea room and kitchen, sight screen and scoreboard. There is ample car parking on site and an excellent children's playground in the park.
