Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art of self defence. Through learning its combat oriented movements, one can achieve a high degree of mental and physical well being. Tang Soo Do develops body co-ordination, conditioning, self-discipline, respect and confidence.
Tang Soo Doo teaches mental and physical training which includes:
* Stances;
* Forms (Hyung);
* Free fighting;
* Hand/Foot techniques;
* Sparring;
* Breathing exercises.
Beginners can join at any of the clubs. Anyone for 6 years old can enrol at any time. Go in ordinary loose clothing for the first few lessons.

Tuesday - Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre at 7.30pm-9.00pm;
Wednesday - Bill Everett Community Centre at 7.30pm-9.00pm;
Thursday - Welwyn Hatfield Sports Centre at 7.30pm-9.00pm;
Saturday - St Albans Westminster Lodge Sports Centre at 10.00am-11.30am;
Sunday - Bill Everett Community Centre at 3.30pm-5.00pm.
