T'ai Chi classes are held on Thursday evenings at SS Alban and Stephen Primary School, Cecil Road, St Albans.
Free introductory classes are held at the start of each term, and the courses include both beginner and more advanced classes.
The cost of a course varies from £85.00 per term, concessions available.
Practice sessions in the open-air are held on most Saturday mornings.
T'ai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of physical exercise that promotes total health. It requires no special equipment or clothing. This school teaches all levels of the Yang Style as modified by Professor Cheng Man Ching with clarity, precision and respect for tradition.
The school is affiliated to the T'ai Chi Foundation, a non profit educational orgnaisation.
