John Ding International Academy of Tai Chi Chuan (Hertford, Datchworth and Waterford)
Class times and venues:
* Mondays from 1.15pm to 2.45pm at the Guide Hut, West Street, Hertford.
* Mondays from 7.00pm to 8.30pm (intermediate level) and 8.30pm to 10.00pm (beginners) at Waterford Village Hall, High Road, Watford.
* Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 9.00pm (beginners) at Datchworth Village Hall, 52 Datchworth Green, Datchworth.
Tai Chi classes for beginners to advanced level. Suitable for all ages and abilities. The focus of the classes is on health, relaxation and mind / body awareness.
* Costs:
Beginners 6 weeks £40.00; thereafter £30.00 monthly.
