T'ai Chi is an ancient form of moving meditation based on natural circular movements. T'ai Chi can have physical, mental and spiritual benefits, such as increased balance and flexibility, a strengthened immune system and helping you develop a deep feeling of relaxation and mental well-being.
T'ai Chi is a gentle form of exercise, so it is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Beginners are always welcome as the class is adapted to meet the needs of the students.
