Tai Chi classes are held on Wednesday Evenings (term-time only) at Thorn Grove Primary School, Thorn Grove, Bishops Stortford, Herts, CM23 5LD .
Introductory classes are held at the start of each term, and the courses include both beginner and more advanced classes.
The cost of a course varies from £85.00 per term, concessions available.
T'ai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of physical exercise that promotes total health. It requires no special equipment or clothing. This school teaches all levels of the Yang Style as modified by Professor Cheng Man Ching, with clarity, precision and respect for tradition.
The school is affiliated to the T'ai Chi Foundation, a non profit educational orgnaisation.
