Michael Richards aims to teach and promote high quality Tai Chi and Chi Gung. Supporting people of all ages to maintain, as well as increase, their health, well being and vitality. Good quality teaching allows you to obtain a foundation in the basics of Tai Chi and then progress to learn and understand subtle aspect of the energy work of Tai Chi. Also on offer are Tai Chi holidays, private lessons and corporate work.

* Push Hands
* Meditation

You can learn Tai Chi with like-minded people on a memorable Tai Chi holiday the UK.

Michael Richards has been practising Tai Chifor 20 years and is an instructor with the John Ding International academy of Tai Chi Chuan. He holds a 2 year Tai Chi Professional teachers certificate, a degree in Leisure Management, as well as qualifications in Physiology and Anatomy, Physical Therapy and fitness coaching. He also teaches and practises massage and bodywork. Meditation has been learnt from enlightened masters and international teachers. Understanding and insights have been developed from over 30 years of continuing practise.

Students can participate in a number of ways:
* Classes;
* Tai Chi holidays;
* Private lessons;
* Corporate work.

Day/Time of meetings:
Evening classes;
Beginners - Monday 6.30pm-7.45pm; (Apsley Lock)
Intermediates - Monday 7.30pm-9.30pm.

Venues:
Apsley Lock Community Room, Apsley, near Hemel Hempstead.

Costs: First class Free; Beginners £75.00 for 10 weeks; Intermediate £100.00 for 10 weeks.

Daytime classes;
Barnet, North London and South Herts.
Costs vary.
