* Adeyfield Community Centre, Queens Square, Hemel Hempstead on Sunday 5.30-8.00pm, Thursday 8.00pm-9.30pm.
* Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre (Dacorum Sports Centre), Park Road on Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm, (kickboxing 14 years & above).

Kickboxing classes also held at Dacorum Sports Centre (Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm).
