Thursday from 7.00pm and Saturday from 10.30am.

Bytomic Taekwondo is the modern approach to martial arts.

Open to all, fit or unfit, from the age of six years and upwards. Classes are family and women friendly, with a safe welcoming training environment.

Learn self defence, self confidence and build self esteem, get fit, meet new like minded people, learn a traditional martial art taught using modern sports methods.
