Effective and realistic techniques taught by expert instructors. Techniques are based on Pure Self-Defence, Judo, Jui Jitsu, Boxing, Karate, Shoot Fighting and Wing Chun.

There are classes on bullying and how to avoid conflict and violence. Private lessons are also available. Instructor courses.

All instructors are Criminal Records checked / Herts Police checked.

Cost: Insurance £10.00 a year children, £12.00 a year for adults (15+). £4.50 per session and £3.50 NUS. Discounts for block bookings.
