Hertfordshire's unique martial arts school. Based in Welwyn Garden City at Sir Frederic Osborn school we offer a wealth of knowledge and experience. Five Element Tiger Kung Fu is a tried and tested, effective martial art system. The system is based on the Five Element theory and combines traditional Kung Fu, Karate, Thai boxing and boxing.
