Day/Time of Meetings:
* Adults - Mondays and Wednesdays at 8.00pm-9.00pm
* Children - Wednesday 7.00pm-8.00pm

* Saturdays 2.00pm-4.00pm at Community of Christ Church Hall, Lancaster Road, Enfield

The club provides Shotokan Karate training for all ages with the aim of building confidence and respect for other people and providing good fitness and self defence training.

Other Classes Include:
* Special childrens classes,
* Beginners classes for ladies,
* Competition training,
* Private lessons.
