Black Panther Karate is for children aged three and a half years up to adult. Children will have fun with games and learn the exciting kicks and punches of Karate and self-defence. Adults, especially those who feel vulnerable, will learn how to defend themselves in a friendly atmosphere, you don't have to be fit to start.
Karate helps people to be more confident and avoid bullying at school, introducing discipline in the martial arts. Young people can work their way up to more advanced belts as they progress.
Teenagers and adults have now been introduced to Black Panther Karate. If you have been attacked or want to feel more confident, karate is for you.
Friendly instructors teach in an easy, step-by-step way. Sensei Chris having over 25 years experience in the Art, is the main Sensei (teacher).
Meets at Brookmans Park United Reformed Church Hall (at the corner of Blue Bridge Road and Oaklands Ave, Brookmans Park) on Saturday mornings from 10.25am.
New beginners can start at any time. Introductory offer available.
