This is a Karate (Shotokan Style) Club; established in St Albans in 1991. It is one of the TISKA clubs (Traditional Shotokan Karate Association), whose Chief Instructor is Gursharan Sahota, 7th Dan.
Venues/Times:
* Marlborough School, St Albans - Saturday 9.00am-12.30pm;
* Dame Alice Owen School, Potters Bar - Monday 6.30pm;
* St Albans Girls' School - Thursday 6.15pm-9.15pm
* Waltham Abbey Sports Centre - Wednesday 6.00pm-7.00pm.
