Classes for 7 year-old to adult at 'The Old Church House' Western Road Tring, Sunday 10:00-11:00am, Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm.

Adults only [16 & above] Thursday 7:15-8:15pm.

Also, childrens only classes At Dundale Primary School, Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm.

Special classes for 5-7yr-olds at 'The Old Church House' Wednesday 5:15-6:00pm.

Separate Brown & Black Belt Classes by application.
All levels [Begginner to Black Belt] welcome. Self-defence a specialty.

Special offer: 1 free trial lesson + 6 lessons for £20.

Tring Shotokan Karate Club is affiliated to Shotokan Karate England.
