Established and running continually since 1983.

Meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm, at Edwinstree Middle School, Buntingford.

Karate, Self defence and keep fit. Affiliated to EKGB. Open to all over the age of 10 years. Good club to teach you all aspects of street self defence. Bill runs courses in self defence.

Very professional. Male & female instructors. Good social atmosphere. No previous karate knowledge necessary.
