For people 5 years and upwards but specializing in children. Members of the English Karate Council and Martial Arts Commission.

Bishops Stortford classes are held as follows:

* Thursdays from 7.00pm to 8.00pm at the Community Centre, Parsonage Lane, Bishops Stortford.

* Fridays from 7.30pm at Thorley Community Centre, Friedberg Avenue, Bishops Stortford.

* Sundays from 11.00am at Thorley Community Centre, Friedberg Avenue, Bishops Stortford.

Classes are also held at Dagenham, Barking, Chigwell, Pitsea and Romford.

Cost: £5.00 per session.
