Venues and class times:
* Leavesden Green Community Centre, Clarke Green, off Clark Way, North Watford, Herts WD25 6BU on Tuesday and Fridays at the following times: 7.00pm to 8.00pm for children and 8.00pm to 9.30pm for adults.
* Nash Mills Village Hall, Lower Road, Nash Mills, Hertfordshire, HP3 8RT on Tuesdays from 5.20pm to 6.20pm. Mixed class for ages six and above. Adults welcome.
The club is open to men, women and children, aged 5 to 65 years old. Beginners are welcome.
Special rates are available for the unemployed and fulltime students.
Special karate self-defence courses for novices are held throughout the year.
