Traditional karate and self defence techniques, combat and weapons training, hand to hand freestyle, bag work, kumite and kata. All ages, male and female welcome. Beginners always welcome.

BKA Licensed. Black belt instructors. EKGB and BKA registered.
Sports Council approved instructors.

Tuesdays:
* Adult Class: Age 11 upwards, 7.15pm-9.00pm.
Venue: John Warner Sports Centre, Sports hall, Stanstead Road, Hoddesdon, Herts.

Thursdays:
* 10 years to adults 7.30pm-9.30pm.
Venue: St Catherines School, Haselwood Avenue, Hoddesdon.
