Jin Sei Kai is one of the UK's leading Karate associations. Founded by Sensei Paul Perry (8th Dan), the association received the name "Jin Sei Kai" from Perry's teacher - the world renowned Kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa (10th Dan).

Jin Sei Kai has its foundations in Shotokan Karate and is a martial art bassed on health, fitness and emotional freedom that uses physical movement and muscle strength to develop a healthy body and mind.

We are a not-for-profit karate association, affiliated to Karate England, that train in Harpenden Sports Centre and have three very experienced instructors. We welcome students of all standards, regardless of age or ability. Our instructors will structure the lesson depending on the students present and invariably we will have one dedicated instructor to teach beginners. Students can improve and progress through regular gradings held by Sensei Perry.
