Potters Bar Karate and Kobudo Club

Oakmere Community Centre, Fetherstone Close, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 5NS.
Class times:
Kids class - Saturday 10.30am to 11.30am;
Adults class - Saturday 11.45am-1.00pm.
Costs:
Kids £4.50 per lesson
Adults £5.50 per lesson.
Potters Bar Karate and Kabudo Club teaches traditional karate-do in a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere. Children are taught from the first lesson that karate is for self-defence only. Both children and adults can benefit from greater confidence and self-esteem, as well as better all round fitness and flexibility by karate training.
