All ages and different fitness levels welcome. We are a friendly club that has been in its present location for over 16 years. If you feel like getting fitter, stronger and more flexible whilst learning to defend yourself, then why not come along and give it a try.

Day/Time of meetings:
* Tuesday - 5.00pm-6.00pm (Children)
* Tuesday - 6.00pm-7.00pm (under 16)
* Tuesday - 7.00pm-8.00pm (Adults 16+ open lesson)
* Thursday - 5.00pm-6.00pm (Children)
* Thursday - 6.30pm-8.00pm (Adults 16+)

Venue:
* Three Valleys Sports and Social Club, Rickmansworth (Off the duel carriageway, opposite the White Bear Pub).
