Shotokan Karate with fully trained, insured and police checked instructors, who belong to the biggest Karate organisation in the world, SKIF, under Sensei Kanazawa (10th Dan).

Day/Times of Meetings:

- Adults:
* Mondays - 8.30pm-10.30pm at St Thomas', Langley Rd, Watford.
* Tuesdays - 8.00pm-9.30pm at St Thomas' (Senior grades).
* Thursdays - 8.00pm-9.30pm at St Thomas'.

- Under 14s'
* Tuesday 5.30pm-8.00pm at St Thomas', Langley Road, Watford
