Caters from the age of 5 years to adult.
A member of Karate England, they provide professional tuition with regular gradings for different coloured belts, eventually leading up to black belt. Promotes confidence, self-motivation, fitness and self-esteem.
Karate training to enable competant self-defence and also competition (if interested), including national and international level in Kata and Kumite.
