Venues and meeting times:
* Tuesdays at Rosedale Sports 7 Rugby Club, Andrews Lane, Cheshunt from 7.15pm to 8.15pm (Juniors) and 8.30pm to 10.00pm (Adults).
* Thursdays at Goffs Oak Junior School, Millcrest Road, Goffs Oak from 8.00pm-9.30pm (Adults); Juniors 7.00pm-8.00pm.
Costs:
* No membership fee or joining fee;
* Training: Juniors £16.00 per month; Adults £40.00 per month.
Juniors and adults are welcome to try Karate. A combination of fitness and self defence in a traditional Shotokan Karate style which will help you to develop and maintain a healthy body and stimulated mind, whilst learning a self defence method which can be practised from the age of 7 up to any age.
They have high qualified instruction from 2x5th Dan and several other 3rd Dan black belt instructors, which ensures that groups are kept small to allow individual attention.
