ZKS Martial Arts is one of the UK’s fastest growing martial arts organisations, based in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire and also offering classes in Hertfordshire

We are a thriving group with nearly 300 members aged from 6 to 60, practicing Tai Jitsu, a mixed martial art offering a blend of fitness training, relaxation, kick boxing, and very practical self defence art
