Bishops Stortford Jiu-Jitsu Club
* Venue: Northgate Activities Centre, Northgate End, Bishops Stortford, Herts CM23 2EU.
* Times:
- Monday 6.45pm to 7.45pm (Juniors, 8 years plus)
- Monday 8.00pm to 9.30pm (Adults, 15 years plus)
* Costs: £4.00 per session.
Jiu-Jitsu uses striking, throwing and locking techniques. It provides an extremely effective self-defence system against armed and unarmed attackers.
Taught in a friendly atmosphere, Jiu-Jitsu can be used by anyone as it does not rely on strengh, weight or gender.
Affiliated to The Jitsu Foundation, Bath.
