This is the Sports England recognised governing body for Aikido in the UK.

Aikido is a Japanese Martial Art of self defence. Ages range from 7 years to 90 years.

Disabled people are welcome, although taught a softer type of Aikido.

Venues are by request stating which particular area and enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
