British Aikido Yoshinkan (Hatfield & Watford)
A martial art involving throws and locks. The Japanese police riot squad is taught this style of Aikido.
Class venues and times:
* Parmiters Sports Hall on Mondays from 7.00pm to 9.00pm and Fridays from 6.00pm to 7.00pm (children) and 7.00pm to 9.00pm (adults).
Herts University on Tuesdays from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and Thursdays from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
Affiliated to British Fellowship of Yoshinkan Aikido.
