Stevenage CKD now has a Children's club at Barnwell Leisure centre on Sunday 10am to 10.45am and Wednesday's 6pm to 6.45pm. Adults classes are 11am Sunday at Barnwell and 7.30pm Wednesday at Gordon Craig Leisure centre.

The technique aims to be easy and simple to learn. It is a non contact martial art. There is no one to one fighting. Strike shields and focus mitts are used to practice on and provide a good physical workout at every class.

Member of the United Kingdom Choi Kwang Do Association, and insured through the Martial Arts Development Commission.
