Hitchin CKD for Adults is on Monday and Thursday 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Town Hall Brand Street Hitchin.
There is a seperate Childrens class at Hitchin called Hitchin jnr ckd run by Garry Huggins and Lewis Renney ,Mon and Thurs 6.30pm to 7.15pm.

The group practises a non-competative form of self defence which is suitable for everyone.

The technique aims to be easy and simple to learn and to provide a good physical workout at every class.

Member of the United Kingdom Choi Kwang Do Association, and insured through the Martial Arts Development Commission.
