Royston CKD club has now relocated to the new leisure centre, Woodcock Road on Friday from 6pm to 6.45pm for Children and 7pm to 8pm for adults.
Meridian School, Garden Walk on Tuesday's 6pm to 6.45pm Children 7pm to 8pm Adults.

The technique aims to be easy and simple to learn and to provide a good physical workout at every class, using equipment in specially designed drills. The group practises a non competitive form of self-defence which is suitable for everyone.

Members are licensed and insured through the Martial Arts Development Commission.
