St Margaretsbury Sports and Social Club

St Margaretsbury is a charitable trust originally established to provide leisure opportunities for the three parishes (Stanstead St Margarets, Stanstead Abbotts and Great Amwell).

Facilities are available for playing cricket, football and tennis (there is also the opportunity to try your hand at pool) and there is a clubhouse and a bar.

Various forms of membership are available and families are especially welcome.

The Clubhouse is used by other local organisations:
Thursdays: Hertfordshire Wheelers.

Catering Facilities: Licensed Bar.

Opening Hours: Playing areas: dawn to dusk, plus floodlight events.
The Club Manager can be contacted Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings.

Directions: 300 yards west of St Margarets Station, Stanstead Abbotts.
By road - Amwell Roundabout - (exit A10/A414/A1170) take exit for Stanstead Abbotts (B181).

Accessibility: All facilities are on the ground floor, including disabled toilet, except for the committee room.

Facilities: 4 changing rooms. Extensive car parking.
