Sports facilities for the benefit of the community and the adjacent school.

Sports Hall: 4 badminton courts, basketball, 5-a-side football, netball, trampolining, cricket, volleyball, circuit training.

Aerobic Studio: aerobics, table tennis, yoga, step aerobics and many more.

Fitness Room: CV and strength training utilising the very latest interactive equipment.

We now have a new 3rd Generation all weather pitch.
We now have a 'Power Plate' installed in the fitness room.

Opening hours:
* Fitness Centre:
Weekdays 7.00am-10.00pm;
Weekends 8.30am-5.00pm.

* Sports Hall:
Weekdays 6.00pm-10.00pm;
Weekends 9.00am-5.00pm.
