Venue: Brookbridge Lane, Datchworth.
Times:
* Outdoor bowling from end of April to end of September. Club night is Thursdays from 6.00pm.
* Carpet short mat bowls September to April Thursdays 7.00pm-10.00pm in the village Hall.
Costs: Joining fee £10.00 plus annual subscription £50.00, £10.00 for juniors, match fees are extra. All fees are reviewed annually.
A private club formed in 1978 with a mixed membership - equality of the sexes is enhanced in the constitution. Most league and friendly matches comprise teams of men and ladies mixed.
They have a full program of fixtures encompassing mid-week and weekend matches. Facilities include full size 6 rink flat green and a clubhouse with bar. Membership is open to all aged 10 years and over.
New members are welcome. No experience necessary.
Date of AGM: Last Sunday in November.
