Batchwood Hall Bowling Club (St Albans)

Give it a go on Monday evenings, end of April onwards. All you need are flat shoes and £2.00 will get you a ploughman's afterwards. Please contact for further details.

We are a friendly club looking for members, especially families who have never bowled. Whilst we are competitive we also consider the social side of the game very important. Our green is open from April until the end of September from 10.30am until dusk.

Apart from club events and competitions we play matches for men, ladies and mixed teams against other local clubs. we are under the umbrella of Bowls England and are affiliated to both the Hertfordshire Bowls Association and the St Albans and District Bowls Association. We look forward to giving you a warm reception.
