MBA Association

The Mentoring Basketball Academy Association (MBA) is a registered charity. We deliver one to one, group mentoring, basketball and cheerleading coaching and multi activity youth clubs / outreach work within the community.

Youth Clubs For young people aged between 11 and 18. Contact Ashley Goldson 07852 242657.

• Da Bomb, Great Ashby Community Centre, Whitehorse Lane, Great Ashby, Stevenage on Mondays from 7.00pm-9.00pm. Multi-activity youth club. Facilities include - basketball, rounders, kwik cricket, short tennis, rugby, discos, Mcing, DJ decks, Dance, art and much more
• The Chill Out, the Hyde out, Hydean Way, Stevenage, Herts - Tuesdays and Thursdays 7- 9pm. Music Studio, Table Tennis, Dj Decks, Healthy eating Cafe'
• The Oval Youthee, Oval Youth Wing, Oval Community Centre, Vardon Road, Stevenage - Wednesday 7.45pm-9.30pm. DJ Decks, Healthy eating cafe
• Symmonds Green Youth Group, Neighbourhood Centre, Filey Close, Stevenage on Wednesdays from 7.00pm-9.00pm
• Bedwell Youthee - Homestart Building, Bedwell Park, Stevenage on Wednesday 7.00pm-9.00pm. DJ Decks, healthy eating cafe, football and basketball training
• St Nicholas Allsports, St Nicholas park Pavillion, Pilgrims Way, Stevenage on Fridays from 5.00pm-7.00pm
• Chells Friday Fun Fit Club, Chells Park Pavilion, Gresley Way, Stevenage on Fridays from 7.00pm-9.00pm

• Mondays - JHN School, Hitchin Road, Stevenage at 3.30pm-5.30pm: Girls aged 11.15 years
• Tuesdays - Marriotts School, Telford Avenue, Stevenage at 3.30pm-5.30pm: Mixed under 15's
• Wednesdays - Bunyan Centrem Bedford 6.30pm-8.30pm: Primary Basketball inclusion programme Sept 2008 NHC
• Thursdays - JHN School, Hitchin Road, Stevenage at 3.30pm-5.30pm: Boys under 17's

Cheerleaders.

• Mondays - 5.30pm-7.30pm at Hyde Out Honey Bees, Hyde Out, Hydean Way, Stevenage: 5-11 years
• Tuesdays - 6.00pm-7.00pm One Step Beyond Peewees at Great Ashby Community Centre, Whitehorse Lane, Stevenage: 5-10 years
• Tuesdays - 7.00pm-9.00pm Open Step Beyond Juniors at Marriotts Dance Studio, Telford Avenue, Stevenage: 10-21 years
• Sundays - 11.00am-2.00pm MBA Allstars at Marriotts Dance Studio, Telford Avenue, Stevenage: 7-21 years

Parks and Outside Projects
• Peartree Park Skate Park in school term time on Wednesdays from 5.00pm-6.00pm. School holidays times and days will vary. Please contact for further information. Skate coaching, first aid courses, youth challenge awards and trips to other skate parks
