The Association exists to promote and encourage badminton in schools and for young people in Hertfordshire. It organises junior leagues, tournaments and county sqauds for various age groups between under 10 and under 17. Full membership of the association is open to junior and senior schools, colleges and junior clubs. Associate membership is open to individuals.

County Squad at Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17.
