Watford Harriers Athletic Club

Meetings: Watford Harrier Juniors, Seniors and Veterans meet at Woodside Stadium running track every Tuesday & Thursday from 7.00pm-8.30pm all through the year.
Ladies only night (16+) 7.00pm-8.00pm Mondays at Woodside Stadium.

Qualified coaches for most of the track and field disciplines are on hand, on most evenings throughout the year.

In addition: 7-12 years meet Sunday mornings 10.30am-11.30am at Woodside Stadium, Garston supervised by qualified coaches in most disciplines.

Open meetings every other Wednesday at Woodside Stadium from April to September.

Road running sessions on Wednesday evening from Woodside Stadium.

All types of athletics for all ages and abilities from 7 years upwards.

The club is a member of several leagues for both Cross Country and Track and Field Athletics for ages over 10 to senior and veterans level. The club is affiliated to the South of England Athletic Association.
