This is a Running and Jogging club for people aged 16+ of all abilities.

Venue: Verulam Park Running Track, St Albans.
Day/time of meetings: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.00pm;

The club also organises a 10 mile race in January and other road and cross country races throughout the year. New members are welcome.

St Albans Striders produces a regular newsletter and there are changing facilities at the venue.
