This group aims to provide a friendly environment for all standards of runners / joggers from first time joggers to well established runners.
Members compete in a wide variety of events throughout the year. The club competes in Road Race League (summer) and Cross Country League (winter). There is an active social side, and some charitable activity.
Membership Fee (2008): Adult £20; Family £37.
Training is on Tuesday and Thursday 6.00pm and 6.30pm from Gosling Sports Park and on Sunday 8.30am from Campus Library Car Park.
Social on 1st Monday in the month 8.00pm at Welwyn Rugby Club, Hobbs Way.
