The fisheries range from fast flowing weir pools to reclaimed gravel pits and cater for pleasure, specialist and specimen anglers, including many facilities for anglers with disabilities. There are 21 sites from Lee Park Way, Edmonton in the south to Marsh Lane, Stanstead Abbotts in the north.
To fish in Lee Valley Park you will need an Environment Agency rod licence which you can buy from Post Offices. You will also need a Lee Valley Park Permit for the fishery you intend to visit. Applications forms are available from the Fisheries Office of via the Fisheries website.
Day ticket fishing is available at Broxbourne Meadows, Dobbs Weir and Banjo Lake, Stansted Abbots. Tickets will be on sale on the bank from the Fishery Bailiffs to fish at Banjo Lake please contact Bailiff directly to book a swim on 07908 948066. You should carry your licences with you at all times when fishing.
