Official organisation for the affiliated clubs in Hertfordshire. To promote and regulate the sport of gymnastics and trampoline following guidelines issued by British Gymnastics.

At present there are 12 clubs covering the following:
recreational and competitive artistic gymnastics for men and women, pre-school, sports acrobatics, disabilities and trampoline. All ages catered for.

Venues vary and they meet quarterly 8.00pm at Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre.

Fees set on an annual basis.

Date of AGM: May.
