This is a Judo based activity - as beginners progress, other budo arts are introduced. Advanced students/adults also learn some weapons, other japanese budo arts and coach award schemes.
All aspects are covered, and, although competition is encouraged, it is not compulsory. For children of six years of age upwards and adults (seniors).
The groups meet at the following times and places:
* North Herts Leisure Centre.
Sundays from 9.15am to 11.00am - ages 14 years to senior. Sunday contact persons: John Coville 01223 863682 and Brian Arnopp 01438 712018
* Bassingbourn Sports Centre
Wednesday 6.15pm to 8.00pm - for children aged 6 years upwards (2 classes) and 8.00pm to 9.00pm for seniors aged 16 years and older.
