Fully qualified, experienced instruction in Judo & Self defence for everyone aged 7 +

Classes, groups sessions and one to one private tuition available. Great for improving fitness, strength, stability, weight loss and making new friends!

Unique grading syllabus provides children with crucial life skills and realistic self defence techniques. For white belts to black belts.
