Bishops Stortford Canoe Club
The club welcomes new members, both experienced and novice paddlers of all ages (generally 10 years and upwards).
The Club focuses on placid water kayaking and Canadian canoeing in open cockpit craft.
The club house is about one mile south of Bishops Stortford with parking. It has canoe storage, changing rooms, toilets and hot showers.
The club operates throughout the year on Sundays (general) and on weekday evenings for more serious training.
If you want to have a go, please call to arrange a visit to the club.
Coaching is available.
While the standard of Marathon and Sprint paddling is high, the club also likes to have fun and to enjoy canoeing as a recreation.
Affiliated to the British Canoe Union.
