Stevenage Central Mosque / Stevenage Muslim Community Centre

Stevenage Central Mosque is a registered charity run by volunteers. Our aim is to help and support the Muslim Community in Stevenage and anyone who has an interest in the Islam.

Our Aims and Objectives are:

* To promote the religion of Islam;
* To provide facilities for congregational prayer for male and female worshipers;
* To provide facilities for funerals and marriages according to the teachings of Islam;
* To provide secure and safe facilities for childrens's education and activities;
* To support the sick and elderly and those in need of financial support;
* To create an understanding between people of different faiths;
* To provide Islamic books and literature for all;
* To provide religious and moral support to all members of the Muslim Community;
* To provide educational facilities, lectures and seminars for all age groups;
* Overall our aim is to promote peace and harmony within the community.
