11 Holwell Court, Holwell, Essendon, Herts AL9 5RE.

* Day/Time of meetings:
Tuesdays from 8.00pm to 10.30pm.
Day time groups are also being planned.

These are small workshops / support groups for anyone wishing to explore or develop their spiritual awareness. The groups will cover meditation, affirmation, prayer, healing, distant healing, psychometry, spiritual verse and insights from mystics of the east and west.

The aim is to encourage participants to develop their inner awareness, peace and insight into a more balanced and fulfilling life. These groups are open to anyone seriously interested in working toward refining their spirituality.

They work in a beautiful countryside location, and each session is followed by light refreshment and reflection.
