The Fellowship meets for a worship service on the first Sunday of each month at 3.00pm at the Friends Meeting House, Church Road, Watford where it was founded in 1947.
Unitarians in the Watford area also meet monthly in members' homes for discussion of social, moral and religious issues. The date and location is fixed for the following month at the Sunday service. Other events and activities are arranged at these meetings and there is a quarterly newsletter.
The purpose of the Fellowship is to foster the Unitarian cause in Watford and the surrounding area by offering an inquiring and undogmatic approach to religion.
They aim to achieve this objective by:
* providing services of worship in a liberal religious tradition;
* maintaining a welcoming and open religious community in the locality, and
* committing themselves to religious freedom, social justice, the conservation of life in all its forms, and respect for the environment.
