St James Road Baptist Church (Watford)

Member of the Baptist Union; Go Watford; Christians Across Watford and Evangelical Alliance. Pre-school Learning Alliance.

Main Sunday Service 10.00am (with creche, childrens and youth small groups) followed by refreshments in hall.

Mid week activities includes:
* Parent and toddler group: Monday and Friday 10.00am-12.00pm (including new babies).

* Pre-school: Tuesday-Thursday 9.30am-12.00pm and 12.30pm-3.00pm, registered for funding for 3 year olds.

* Adventurers Afterschool club (5-7s): Monday 3.30-4.45pm.

* Youthgroup - various activities.
Including SLICE Youth club at West Watford Christian Fellowship Vicarage Road - Thursdays 7.30-9pm for 11-16s.

* Multi sports: Thursday 7.30pm at Watford Girls Grammar School Sports Hall, £4.00 (16+). At the moment mainly babminton. Ask about seperate pool/snooker group.

* Craft Group Fortnightly Wednesday 8.00pm Church Hall.

* Options - old people together in their neighbourhood and society, monthly Sunday afternoons.

* Alpha, Marriage & Parenting courses as advertised.

* Centralians Drama Group, Monday & Thursday 7.30pm-10.30pm in Church Hall.
